Official Giveaway Rules & Terms

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer using AppSorteos' platform from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be announced on or by 12pm/noon Eastern Time each Monday through a post on Instagram.

The winner may contact the company within a period of 3 days from the date it is announced on the brand's social profile. In the event that such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner or another winner will be assigned.

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants' rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements set forth in these legal terms will result in the participant's exclusion from the draw.

The Summer Goddess Giveaway is a women-centered experience created to support healing, restoration, and well-being. The giveaway is open to legal residents age 18 years or older. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. Physical prizes may be won by any eligible participant. Healing service prizes and program experiences are intended for women and may be transferred to a woman of the winner’s choice if needed.

The participation period for the draw begins on June 1, 2026 10:00am and ends on August 31, 2026 8:00am. Entries received outside this period will not be considered for the draw.

Prizes may include handcrafted botanical skincare, floral soap bouquets, ritual self-care goods, and wellness experiences created and curated by Kimberly Hearn Healing. Product prizes may include handmade, organic skincare and botanical wellness goods thoughtfully crafted with high-quality ingredients and intention for the highest good. Service prizes may include PEAK Energetics healing experiences and wellness programs as indicated throughout the giveaway period. Prizes vary by week and month and will be announced individually. Physical prizes available to U.S. residents only. Shipping within the United States only.

Weekly Organic Skincare Giveaway

One winner each week will receive a handcrafted botanical self-care gift from Kimberly Hearn Healing. Prizes may include floral bouquet soaps, botanical skincare, ritual self-care goods, and seasonal wellness gifts thoughtfully created with intention. 

Monthly PEAK Energetics Healing Experience

One winner each month will receive a product prize package (value $40) plus a PEAK Energetics Healing Experience (value $333) — a restorative energy balancing and wellness session designed to support greater peace, alignment, restoration, and whole-body well-being. 

Grand Prize Gut Healing Goddess™ Initiation Transform

One grand prize winner will receive a Luxury Skincare Package plus the Gut Healing Goddess™ Initiation Transform — a 6-week transformational wellness experience designed to support healing, awareness, and whole-woman wellness through the Kimberly Hearn Healing approach. (Current enrollment value $397, transformational value over $1500). This drawing to take place at the end of the giveaway in August 

Shipping & Prize Fulfillment: Physical prizes include complimentary U.S. shipping or local pick-up where available. International winners are welcome to participate; however, winners outside of the United States are responsible for shipping costs associated with physical prizes. If shipping costs are declined, the winner may choose to transfer or decline the physical prize. Service-based prizes and wellness experiences are available remotely as indicated. Program participation for Gut Healing Goddess™ is subject to onboarding requirements and program policies. Supplements sold separately where applicable.
